Transparency requirement under Article 9(2)(c) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 702/20141 and points 128(c) and 129 of the Agricultural Guidelines2
Under the above mentioned transparency requirement, EU Member States are obliged to create a comprehensive State Aid web page where they publish information about their State Aids and the relevant individual aid awards. Ireland has opted to use the database website provided by the EU Commission. Below is a link to this database which is available to view for all members of the public:
